How do I find a hotel?
You can find HOTEL FINDER on our home page. Enter the
desired location, type and category of accommodation, desired price per night
and click "SEND". You can also click the "More options" link, which will help
you find places with the amenities you want (for example TV, Garage, Air
Conditioning, etc.). Our reservations engine will then go out and find the most accurate results based on your search criteria.
Or just browse through the site - on the home page choose the accommodation facility
(PRAGUE APARTMENTS, PRAGUE
HOTELS, PRAGUE PENSIONS, PRAGUE HOSTELS), and click on its name to see more.
How can I book the accommodation?
The reservation process is very simple. Once you have
found a hotel (or other faciility) and rate you are happy with, click on
"Reservation", fill in the booking form thoroughly and click send. Our
reservation office will process your requirement and will reply to you via e-mail as fast as possible.
How do I pay for the accommodation?
You pay the whole amount for the accommodation of your entire stay and services upon your arrival to the accommodation facility. This payment method requires a guarantee.
For customers who cannot guarantee their accommodation with a VISA or MasterCard, there is another option: you pay in advance, i. e. you transfer the amount for accommodation and services to our bank account (or at least the amount for the first night)
What is the guarantee and what kind of guarantee will you accept?
A guarantee is a financial assurance. In case of no-show and if your possible cancellation of your reservation was not announced to us before the deadline, we use your guarantee to pay for the first night (i.e. we charge your card following the terms in the Reservation Order Form, as agreed).
As a guarantee we accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) or you can pay a deposit to our account.
We work with every client individualy, individual needs will be met.
What are the cancellation fees?
If you do not cancel your reservation before the deadline
(following the terms in the Reservation Order Form), which is usually 3 days before your arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night.
GROUPS of 10 and more persons:
If your cancellation will not be announced to us at least 14 days before your check-in, you will be charged the price of the first night.
What other fees or taxes may be charged when I book a room?
Various hotel rooms are subject to taxes (usually
included in the price), extra person charges, extra bed charges, pet fee,
parking fee etc. Please review the facility's page to see them (in or below the
price list). Any applicable fees and Taxes will be found there.
What payment methods do you accept?
In our office you can pay in cash (EUR, USD and GBP accepted too), by credit card (Visa/Master) or by traveller's cheque. Most of hotels in Prague accept credit cards and foreign cash too, however some accommodation facilities (especially smaller ones, i.e. pensions, guesthouses etc. only accept cash (Czech Crowns).
Is the room rate per person or per night?
Each rate is different, however, in most cases the rate
is PER NIGHT unless otherwise indicated.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
We developed this website to provide customers with a quick way to make
booking requests online. However, we understand that you may have additional
questions/concerns that require human intervention and immediate response.
Please feel free to call us every day from 6:00 to 23:00 (11:00 pm) Eastern
European time.
